Jan 21, 2021 Finally, the 6.2L CT525 utilizes a cast aluminum block with 6-bolt, cross-bolted main caps, forged aluminum pistons and high-flow, LS3 rectangular-port cylinder heads. It's based on the LS family and is similar to the LS3, but has been adapted to circle track racing with features like a carbureted intake manifold and six-quart racing oil pan.
