Mar 07, 2018 My experience has found that an aluminum radiator is no more effective at cooling than copper/brass units, they are just lighter which is nice but doesn't solve any cooling issues. Mar 30, 2014 If the first 2 Champions didn't last more than a few months why bother trying another, at least the BTR radiator lasted almost year. The tech at BTR admitted they had experienced some issues with these style radiators. I believe the '32 Ford used springs at the bottom and was mounted to the firewall rods on top.

Jul 23, 2020 I even went through a parade in reno ( Hot August Nights ) takes about 1/2 hour of stop go a couple of feet then go again before you get to the parade. had nothing over 200 the whole time. the price for the Evans is higher but so is a radiator 2 boil overs.
