May 17, 2005 I am using 2 mm thick 1050 aluminium sheet for baking trays which are exposed to 180°C to 250°C in the oven. Beyond a certain tray dimension (650 x 530 cm) they begin to bend. Question #1: can these trays be heat tempered using a regular oven and what are the specific temperatures and time in order to harden them?
