Aluminium Honeycomb - You dont have to buy from McMaster, thats just an example. Im using 1/4" thick for this to match the final thickness i want for knife scales. I got mine from eBay as a 10"x12" sheet, which i cut down into a bunch of 1.5"x5" blanks to fit my mold. Easy to cut, just needs scissors.
