Its like a fine flour, that you mix real runny, and it gets hot like Bondo does, when it cures. It is BY far the easiest and best block filler I have used. It flows real well and runs into all the crevisis real nice.
Nov 28, 2005 Non-shrink machinery grout, specifically Embeco 885 is the best I have found for cast iron blocks. If you have an aluminum block, I couldn't tell you what to use. The expansion and contraction rates of aluminum would probably negate any filling what so ever.
